On the 25th of the September we all did our dancing baselines. Before that we followed our peer Sam's HIIT workout, which consisted of 14 different exercises with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
Then we went into the baseline assessment which consisted of plie, isolation, jazz squares,jazz walks, gallops, pivots and spring ball changes.
